The water bottle is ur best friend .. wich hazel pads and that hospital spray for burn cuts tears and itching was my best friend to help heal my stitches .. but I had an episiotomy once they saw that her head would tear my vagina they jst snipped me so it was 100x better than tearing .!

I had a 3rd degree and witch hazel and aloe on a pad frozen when ur home is everything. Ik sounds kinda weird but Good for healing and helps wit any itching when ur stitches start to heal. And just keep using the water bottle when u go to the bathroom helps a lot if there is any pressure.

You're covering your bases. It is rough for a few days but will ease up soon. I saved my water bottle with the baby stuff, it was literally my best friend. :) congratulations!!!

Congrats on ur baby. What ppl say those witch hazel and aloe pads frozen were a life saver for me. Hope ur dr. Stitch u up good. I had to have surgery Friday cuz soppostly I had a polyp and when he cut me up again it was tissue not a polyp. I'm in so much pain again like if I had another baby and wasnt ready with my padsicle. Also if ur in a lot of pain take ur pain meds just on those days u cant take the pain. Hope u start to feel better.

Congrats. Hope you heal soon and fast. Witch hazel and aloe frozen pads help, keep using the dermaplast and peri bottle. The peri bottle was a lifesaver for me after I had my son.

Stool softeners for sure and ibuprofen helped a lot. I had 2nd degree tearing with my first. I found going from laying down to sitting up hurt a lot so I mostly sat on soft pillows and always stayed in a sitting position. And as much as it hurt take short walks even if its just 1 lap around your room.
