I swear my husband complains about everything I do. Keeps complaining dinner hasn’t been good enough lately. Then complains the cookies I made were too doughy when I literally followed the instructions. Made them again tonight and now he complains they are too hard and says “I guess I will show you how to make cookies next time” so now I’m in the kitchen crying because he wants to be mean and all he does his play his damn Xbox all day. I’m over it

My mom was with someone once that said something about her cooking and she didn’t cook any more after that.

Just tell him how lucky he is that he has someone who is willing to cook and clean for an ungrateful pig such as himself.
He would sure hate me. I’m terrible with cooking and cleaning. I give zero fucks and yet my husband still appreciates the stuff I do.

I would say “you make dinner and dessert then! I’m taking a bath”. At least you tried!!! I’m sorry he’s being a jerk. Hopefully he’s not always like this?!? My husband, though I love him, can be an asshole- somewhat on purpose to. It’s annoying.
