I wasn’t really trying but I wasn’t preventing it and now I might be pregnant 3 weeks after bleeding

I’m sorry for your loss. My doctor suggested waiting one cycle to try again after both my miscarriages.

Its suggested that you wait a cycle before trying again. But after my mc, I got pregnant again my very next cycle and that pregnancy resulted in a perfectly healthy/normal birth of my youngest boy. So it's not terrible of you get pregnant again right away.
