Child made dinner tonight! Gave them something a little more complicated to try tonight. I think they pulled it off (with heavy supervision for this one 😆). Smothered chicken and stuffing in wine sauce and Parmesan roasted asparagus!

I give them the recipes they are making 😆. I try to keep it fairly simple usually. Stick things in a pot/dish and bake. This time they had to cut chicken breast in half. Which isn’t exactly novice cooking skill level. I helped heavily with that. The rest was really just mixing and pouring
