So my son turn 1 last month, July.. and I wanted to know is it ok if I give him regular water ?have anyone given their 1 year old regular water, like I gave my son some of the fridge water

When can I start giving my son regular milk? He turns 10 months in 2 days. I bought unsweetened almond milk yesterday so he can try. Would that be okay? I’m lowkey tired of him on formula but I mean he’s still a baby lol.
