I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
I hate my generation sometimes ? Today was my nieces baby shower, which went great. She got so much which amazing since she's been working 2 jobs trying to save up for the unpaid leave she'll have to take from work. Anyways I was talking to one of the ladies there since my son and her daughter were playing together. I asked her what her daughters name was, she said it was Layla. I told her that's a really pretty name and asked her if she was a Clapton fan and if she was named after the song. This girl had no idea who Eric Clapton is. ? ♀ One of the most iconic songs, and she had no idea. I hate my generation. ?
Rant! My sitter used cottonelle wet wipes on my baby! Now she has huge rash!!! I totally get that my SO forgot to put the wipes in her diaper bag. But she could have told one of us and we could have brought her some or she could have went to the store and I could pay her back. I don't get it. She buys her clothes and toys, takes her places while I'm at work. The store is literally a 5 minute walk from her house. But she decided cottonelle wipes are ok? Ugh. Rant over.
I love how I repeatedly told my father in law not to let my daughter root through the toy box because she doesn’t want anything out of it anyway and he keeps picking her up and taking her to the toy box no matter how many times I tell her no and tell him she doesn’t even want anything out of there anyway. At first I told him “only let her get one toy” so she picks one up and he is still holding her over the toy box then tries to put her over the baby gate so she can grab more. I’m sorry but you aren’t the one that has to pick up all these toys. You aren’t the one who has to put them back. He never picks up toys. Everyone wants to get the toys out for her out no one ever wants to help me pick them back up. The fact that I said not to let her get anything out of the box more than 5 times really pisses me off. You may be her grandparent but you aren’t her parent. So now I have mass toys to pic up on top of the toys she already had out from this morning

If she takes one sip every 30 mins to an hr that's better than nothing. If you are in a pinch if you have Gatorade you can use that. I mean I wouldn't want to give a 2yr old soda but watered down ginger ale. Small sips. Trust her body, she will let you know when she is hungry and start off light and small when she is ready to eat. I'd say if it lasts more than this weekend call her doctor or if she starts throwing up nonstop and just keeps dry heaving nonstop take her in. There is Child Pepto that you can give at 2yo.

Little sips of water and toast is fine. Bland crackers like saltines. Don’t feed her anything flavored. When my girls get sick they hate pedialyte so it might not be truly necessary. Just keep having her take tiny sips of water constantly. If she doesn’t have a pee diaper within 3 hrs it’s time to take her in to the dr since you said she had only one pee diaper yesterday. Call an Uber or taxi don’t rely on other ppl if they won’t let you use a car

right now sleepy. She's talking, and whimpering in her sleep and twitching which wakes her up. She won't sleep unless I'm touching her or holding her. Yesterday she was sleepy and very attached to me. She would walk around a little but she'd end up just coming back to me to lay down.

I don't think there is a lot they can do for her. Give her Pedialyte so she doesn't get dehydrated. Has it only been since yesterday?

Early early yesterday morning she started throwing up in my bed. She only had like one diaper change yesterday and there was about nothing in it but she's drinking her water like normal
