does anyone else have red color stool after eating spicy stuff ? like using a lot of siracha or hot cheetos ?

Thought I was the only one, seriously stopped eating hot Cheetos for that reason. Still no clue why it happens 🤷🏻♀️

Just ate hot Cheetos yesterday and yes of course my stool were pretty red . Any food that contains Dyes your gonna have to poop the color out .
