At my high risk appointment today they confirmed via ultrasound that his head is resting on my cervix. I wonder if I'll dilate or am dilated or not 🤔

My baby head is down as well but they didn’t say if I was thinning.
My doctor said he's going to check on Tuesday.
Had my cervix checked (at hospital) on Sunday 1cm dilated.... go today my doc says I’m not dilated at all . Ummmmmmmmm 🤷🏾♀️
Are there any effective ways & things I can do to help soften and dilate my cervix faster? At my appointment my doctor said I was MAYBE a fingertip dilated and 60% effaced.
20 days to my due date and yesterday I was 1 cm dilated. I’m so ready to be a mama to my baby. But she’s so not wanting to come out. Anyone have tips, to get my baby out?

Losing the baby
My sil is about 4 months along in her pregnancy and she starting bleeding really heavily so my dh took her to the hospital. He said she's dilating but hasn't texted back yet.
No hun they said everything is normal and looking good he’s 5 pounds and 3 oz.
