How do you know if your dealing with postpartum depression?? I have two babies that I had back to back. Some days I’m up and some days I’m down. Some day I just don’t know. Idk 🤷🏾♀️ And I hate it because i have a husband that’s so awesome I just hate feeling all down and stuff for no reason. It’s aggravating.

Could be baby blues if its shortly after birth. If it last a month or more might be ppd. Would talk to your ob but you should anyways coule.give you signs to look for and ao they are aware

Well I think it’s ppd because it’s been almost a year since I had my last baby. And I still feel like this and to top it off I’m a stay at home mom.

I would say ppd is more debilitating than baby blues. It's normal to have ups and downs with the change in hormones and life schedules. Ppd will keep you from functioning properly. Sleeping a lot, crying a lot, poor eating habits, feeling disconnected from your children, avoiding friends and family.
That's so great you have a supportive husband

I use to cry 😢 and didn’t feel like being bothered and sometimes I still will get like that. Buts it’s not as bad as it was. I believe I’ve gotten better but I still have my up and down days. And yes my husband you know if it wasn’t for him keeping me level headed I would go crazy lol
