Caffeine while breastfeeding? I was never told yes or no and I never asked. It wasn’t brought up at all and slipped my mind. I drank coffee while breastfeeding my son and nothing happened to my supply but sis is taking vitamins every day while we breastfeed to help her better absorb the calcium so I’m not trying to make anything worse...

I drink black tea everyday. I haven’t noticed any effects to my son. You might want to be careful in the beginning though because it might make your newborn gassy, but that goes for lots of foods. You just have to see how your baby reacts.

Oh yeah I didn’t think about that. I usually get such big drinks at Starbucks but I figured I’d stick to the smaller ones for a while anyway cause she’s more important but I need caffeine still lol I’ll die lol
