Parents, or the people watching the kids should be more careful and not let them play in the mall or anything other place like that. When you neglect them and let them run around in the store, things like this happen.

If the kids wanted to play the parents should have taken them to a playground. There’s places that they shouldn’t fooling around. Most of the fault is on the mall and stores for such a faulty job however a mall is no place for children to play.
@rosemom, girl boo. I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again. You’re one of the most judgmental people I’ve ever seen on here. You aren’t a perfect mother and I’m pretty sure your kids will be kids and do kid shit no matter where they’re at. Kids are filled with energy. I wish I was a fly on the wall to see how your kids act 24-7, cause baby from the sounds of it you must be the perfect mom with the most well behaved kids that never step out of line and that don’t do kid shit.
This is so tragic but unfortunately accidents happen and it takes one split second for crap to happen. This could have happened to an elderly person or anyone else for that matter. Nothing like that display should have been in use if it wasn’t properly secured.. especially if all it took was some kid playing around it. Someone is really getting sued.
I would say it does take a spilt second. Not always down to Neglect.
@icebergahead, I agree with you to a certain extent that it does take a split second but a mall is not a place for young kids to play around or fool around.
@rosemom, no one knows what truly happened. The gma or aunt could have been trying shoes on another child. Heaven forbid anything accidental ever happen to one of us. Losing a child is hard enough. Ridicule from people who don’t even know the full story is unnecessary
Neglect??? They are kids playing. How was this neglect? It’s a tragic accident. Kids will be kids and they play. They could have chased one another around a clothes rack for a second, who knows the extent of their play.
