I don’t know why I do this to myself. I take vacations without my husband because he always is working, but every time I do it I regret it. Well I did it again and told my husband I would go visit his mother in Florida who isn’t in good health, and most of the trip went well until we got to the hotel. My cooped up toddler went crazy messing with everything, wouldn’t listen like he usually does.. blah blah blah etc... As he is now sleeping I feel so awful and guilty I lost my cool with him to the point I actually spanked him (not hard enough to hurt but it scared him obviously) God I feel like the worst mom ever and wish I could take it back... sorry this is so long, I guess I just need to vent 🤷🏻‍♀️

You’re not a bad mom, trust me we’ve all gone through something like this and we’re all human but one thing is for sure we are not bad moms. You’re doing a great job

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

At What Age Should a Child Make Their Own Breakfast?

Make your own breakfast! At what age do you think a child should be making their own breakfast? I have a 10 year old and I think he is perfectly capable of making himself breakfast. It doesn't take rocket science to put some waffles into the toaster, or microwave some pancakes. My husband insists that he needs to have breakfast made for him because if we left it up to him he wouldn't eat enough and it would take him forever.

Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.
