I called my OB &’ she said I should go to the ER. That if I can , I should buy a pregnancy test. Just to make sure. But if I can’t then I should go in &’ they will most likely do an ultrasound to see where all the bleeding is coming from.

I’m cramping so bad! I took Tylenol which isn’t working at all. I have very loose stools. I’m literally gushing blood as if it was my water breaking!! I am changing my pad more frequently. I’m passing small size clots too.

I would go into the ER, they can treat you and do a pregnancy test. I wouldn't chance anything just in case

You definitely need to go in. This sounds like late postpartum bleeding! Did you have a vaginal or c/s birth?

@simply_mee ok. Soaking a pad in less than an hour is really bleeding. You could rapidly go into shock! No need to panic but you need to go get checked

I don’t think the blood transfusion would affect your uterine lining but I’m not sure. You may just coincidentally have a heavy flow this cycle

@flamingomom, can anemia really cause this?? I have history of anemia, it goes through my family too. I had it my entire life, even in both pregnancies. They stopped before hitting my second trimester

@simply_mee, do you have a 24 hour nurse line you could contact? They may want you to come in
