Did anyone else’s baby have an Echogenic Focus on their heart? If so what happened? & what did the doctors say & do?

Me! My daughter had one and the dr told me it could mean down syndrome. I didn't even make it to my high risk appointment to get it checked out before she decided to come early. She doesnt have downs though.

I understand you weren’t trying to say that about the baby coming early. I was just asking questions to get different perspectives about it. & oh ok

okay just making sure. I didn't wanna stress you out or nothing. My dr did say that usually resolve before birth which was true for my daughter and she was born at 26 weeks. I hope everything is fine for your little

My daughter (my first) had one during her anatomy scan at 20 weeks but it went away on its own by week 30. My midwife said it’s nothing to really worry about.

My son had one and my doctor said they usually will go away, and it did.
