Stop talking about yourself like that. Your self talk has a HUGE effect on your self esteem. I struggle so much with this. You really have to be kind to yourself💖

Noooooo! Simply not true! Remember one day your baby will want to see a picture of when you carried him or her. And you may want to also 🥰🥰🥰🥰 give your babies the gift of seeing memories of their momma
