I agree car seat safety is important. I assumed the child was under age and forward facing. Glad to see the child was the correct age by law and the seat was installed correctly. This was more of a consider extended rear facing situation instead of the mom being neglectful. So sad this happened to her.
Oh ok, I didnt even read it. The title made it sound like a neglectful parent forward facing too soon. They did hot a stonewall or something right? Could've happen to a bigger kid too possibly
yeah says a brick pillar. Yeah the car looked pretty bad. An older kid probably would of got hurt too. The grandma wants to make a point that if you have a smaller 2 year old let them stay rear facing until they are a little bigger which makes sense.
Exactly. Even when my sisters and dad watched my kids i let them buckle my kids in and they asked me to make sure everything was ok. People get so offended being corrected. It could literally save their life
same with my parents they asked me to show them how to buckle the car seat. I don’t get why people get so offended because you are making sure their child is safe!
