So day 5 of potty training and Florence is doing well with no pants on and hitting the potty for all wee’s a d yesterday a number two so going well I think. Now when I put pants on her she just sits down and Wee’s through them, I keep talking to her and telling her to pull them down but we’re not quite there yet? Any tips would be gratefully received as we need to gradually go out the house by Friday? She’s at nursery and would love to take her in on pants not a nappy. Abu advice please ladies?

Carry on doing what your doing 👍 If she's been in pants at home I'd send her in in her pants & explain to them what she's been doing at home and that she needs taking to the toilet frequently whilst at nursery. I use a wee bottle when we're out & about which even now they both use. You can get one for girls 😊
Just keep at it! Take her to the toilet and show her how you pull down yours and try and get her to copy you. My advice is don’t put her back in nappies (other than nap/bedtime) because it’ll just confuse her! We have the Princess Polly’s potty book, it’s also on YouTube and there are loads of other YouTube videos you could show her. And make a reward chart too to encourage her xx
We have a personalised rewards chart with Velcro stars and it’s worked a treat, plus she has the process potty book and we’ve watched some utube stuff on it too. She does sit on the big toilet I try to take her up a few times in the day and morning and night and take her with me and show her so I think I’m doing all the right things lol we just need to get her pulling her pants up and down so maybe I just need to persevere.
This week I’m going to start the potty training journey. I just pulled out her potty chair and she was so excited. I would love to hear any tips you have!!!

Did anyone see that video a dad posted on his daughters FB page? He saw a post she made where she bashed her parents and cursed them, called them lazy and told them they should pay her for stuff she did around the house... So he called her out on it and put the video on her page!! Sorry if I missed a post already about this already, but I just saw the video and IT WAS AWESOME!!! Hahahhaa!
So I'm going to start potty training my 16 month old tomorrow. Anyone have any techniques that would help her learn? She already knows how to take her pants off, her diaper off, and she already knows what&where; the potty is.
Well I was about to go to bed...and then I get stung by this thing.

Like starting with once a day going the same time every day ?

I was 🤔 maybe like before bed to put her on the potty , since I work early in the am and usually don’t have time .

Thanks I’ve seen The wee bottles on amazon so might get one. I’ll try that with the nursery but I’m not sure if she has an accident they will just put a nappy on her x
