My daughter isn’t picky at all. She eats fish, chicken, beef, veggies, fruits, she drinks soy milk, water.
So my daughter is about the same age as your youngest but my mom tells me not to give her water because it’s not good for her at her age, would that be true??
@sydneykay12, they should be drinking water at 1. Her milk intake slows down drastically. They should be drinking mainly water and they can have 100% juice but it’s recommended to dilute it.
According to the AAP, your 1-year-old can get enough calcium and vitamin D from 8 to 12 ounces (1 to 1 1/2 cups) of cow's milk – or the equivalent amount of other milk products, like yogurt or cheese. By age 2, your child should get 16 ounces, or 2 cups, of cow's milk or other milk products each day.

What year did you graduate high school?
Soft foods with simple textures. My son loved steamed carrots, green beans, shredded chicken, watermelon, blueberries (squish em), oatmeal, rice, refried beans, tortillas, toast, mini pancakes, and yogurt.Then suddenly he changed and would only eat veggies and grains but now he’ll eat chicken nuggets, fish, and turkey however he’s almost two.
Anything you can pinch through with your fingers should be safe.
