If you cant remember if you took your prenatals, do you take some or skip the day?

Would just skip the day, and take one the next day

I skipped that day also. I always tried to set mines out when I had breakfast so I’d see it but didn’t Always work as planned with Littles hounding ya.

I’ve accidentally took 2 a couple different times but I don’t think it would hurt anything

Skip the day, I started putting an alarm on my phone lol

I recommend getting one of these organizers. I bought mine at the 99 cent store and it helped tremendously with keeping track
