This stupid ass weather has me and little man sick! 😭.
I honestly feel like I’m dying. && he isn’t wanting to eat since he can’t breathe out of his nose.
Any ideas on what I can do to maybe help him breathe a little more?

Take a hot shower, and have him in the bathroom, the steam will help

We just got over this too ,bought a mini Vick’s vaporizer comes with5 tablets 1 is good for 8hrs we plugged it in while we slept big difference next day and used also all natural a rub oil for children and babies on his feet,neck and chest

Just use a hot shower or plain humidifier and keep him hydrated. Suck out mucus w nose Frida and use saline drops for infants like lil remedies

I agree with @bunsinmyoven please don’t use Vick’s on a child under two. Hot shower, humidifier, nose sucking, they do have an all natural chest rub I use on my daughter works wonders.
