Hey ladies so when did you start traveling with your babies? my son is 2 months and 1 week and my daughter is 7 and I'm thinking about taking a trip down to Maryland I live in NYC it's a six-hour road trip drive but of course I'm going to have somebody in the backseat to take him out his carseat feed him change him we're going to get out to stretch Etc so let me know what was the soonest time you guys made the trip... O and btw I'm trying to go within the next week or 2
Well I’m only going off of what you posted & like I commented I have done it with 2 kids.
We drove from NY to GA in a day with a 3yr old & a 1 yr old. The drive was about 15hrs.. I suggest stopping for diaper changes & feedings, it’s going to be a pain but I’d rather stop then something happening while driving God forbid. Plus it’s only a 6hrs drive which isn’t that long.
Well for starters having someone in the backseat to take him out of his car seat is pointless. You cannot take an infant out of the car seat while moving and a baby should never be fed in the car seat either.
No offense hun but of course I know not to take my infant out of a car seat I'm talking about as far as pit stops and anything else that needs to be done he will be taken care of
@lee_lee_26, oh thank god! I’m sorry if I offended you. On this app you never know. Some women on here don’t have any common sense.
I flew when my oldest was 3 and youngest was 5 weeks.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Yes this will be a car trip it's about 4 and 1/2 to 6 hours including traffic or any other things that might happen and let's keep it clear mom's that I know that my infant could not come out of the car seat I am not a crazy mom I know better I'm not speaking with my seven-year-old as far as her going she's already 7... but as far as my infant son who is two months I just wanted to know if anyone else has did it if you have not done it please do not
