Happening to someone I know. Independent of what the company thinks... If you take maternity leave but deliver an angel baby 😔, do you think that you should still be entitled to your 12 weeks and job protections under FMLA?

Personally? I would be too devastated to even think about work. That must be a pain like no other🤧
They can use that time to heal physically and mentally.

@sincerepolicy, I would think she would get the standard 6-8 weeks after delivery and I would think she could still get the 12 weeks with her job security but I really don’t know. I’m so sorry this happened that’s so sad
