Girls I need help I am getting sharp and really uncomfortable pains in the left side of my stomach just above my belly button but it is just in that spot. I've never experienced this with my last and I'm not sure what it could be. It seems to be going away and coming back but not any stronger. Dont know if I'm being stupid or not but I have had a lot of different problems in this pregnancy.

@kirikatrina, Sounds like round ligament pains to me. Ive had a lot if it this pregnancy but never experienced it with my last two. I have been getting it in my pelvis area and to the right abit above my belly button. I knew what the pelvic pain was but didn’t realise you could get on your actual bump. Try laying down to see if your baby moves out of that position. That may help. If not and your still worried give your mw or hospital a wee call even if just for advise x

@tashacoombes89 cheers hun I'm just a very paranoid person this time round. I think it's the reason I love this app so much 95 percent of the time someone has already been through it and can help haha xx

I’ve just had a week of really uncomfortable pain on my left side. Triage reckon it’s ligament pain.
Yeah, the midwifes down here said the same just getting a little worried as its going away and the returning and then with the problems I've had just thought I'd see if anyone else had had similar to put my mind at ease xx
@kirikatrina, I hope you feel better soon. I was literally doubled up at the start of the week, but it’s pretty much gone now. Could you be a bit constipated or have trapped wind? That’d show as pain on your left side as well.
@mariapb no I've been normal in that department haha. I hope so to, if anything gets any worse all call the triage back but I'm sure it's just growing pains or something, thanks hun xxx
