Not sure but you can always get a second opinion on when and how fast to wean or call the nurse’s station at the Dr. office to get more help. You don’t HAVE to do anything. Do what feels best for your kids. My OB is telling me wean my son from breastfeeding and I’m continuing until I feel our journey is over.

I never did half half. I started replacing bottles of formula with cups of milk and had my daughter fully transitioned by 13 months

So for regular milk you used cups? You didn't put it in the formula bottles?

@ladymom, sippy, 360 and straw cups. She wasn’t picky. So I had her off formula and bottles by 13 months
