I gave mine infant tylenol when it got really bad, but usually offered toys to teeth on that i stuck in the fridge. Also a damp, clean, non-frayed wash cloth, stick that in the fridge and give it to them to mouth on. It was a tip i got and seriously helped!

There's a teething gel for babies that you can use. I think it's called Nuby. Look it up. I used it for my son.
