I bought this blanket at Walmart one day when I went to buy him a new crib bedding set. I just thought it was cute and matched, I never expected him to grow so attached to it. It got left at school over the weekend once and I had NO idea. Sunday I came to the conclusion it was gone and not coming back. I tried to look for a duplicate and they don’t sell this blanket anywhere anymore. It gives me anxiety whenever I think it’s gone.

Some times he does okay if he has this other Mickey Mouse blanket he really loves too but it’s hit and miss and tonight it was a hit so it bought me more time to find his favorite. I feel horrible, it’s such a comfort thing for him and calms him down if he’s overwhelmed it’s his literal security blanket and now it’s gone.

Yes my oldest had a favorite blanket basically since birth. And I only bought one she STILL has it five years last and still sleeps with it. My baby has a favorite blanket but once I discovered it was her blanket I bought 3 more so I have a few replacements. I learned my lesson after the first lol
