Just so everyone knows, my daughter was born on the 5th. Yes I had a csection, and the doctor had to cut out a ton of scar tissue. He stapled me up and I healed perfectly on the outside. I have a very high pain tolerance anyways so I've been up doing things since my 3rd day out of the hospital. My csection this time went across the bottom of my stomach this time and not from my bellybutton down like my first one did. I've even started working out a little bit each day to just to build my muscle again. Also my husband and I had sex on the 19th first anyways and it didn't hurt until he got a little to rough... we make sure that he is clean before we have sex too and I clean myself after sex as well just to be safe. We have the special soap that surgeons use before doing a surgery to make sure we're both clean and there's no dyes or scents to cause a problem. We both know all the risks of having sex this early... we did the same thing with our first baby!
Yikes, I definitely would have waited. I had a vaginal birth and waited to be cleared. I'm glad I did. When I went for my 6 week check up I still had bruising. Then on top of that ended up having a UTI, yeast infection and bacterial infection. Of course that's my luck to get those 3 at sametime and mighty painful. Plus you are super fertile right after birth. I couldn't even imagine a c-section and having sex. Yikes!
Who knew there was such special soap! 3 c sections later I should of known 😂
@mommiesgoneabitmad, shame on you! You’re supposed to know these things! Get with the program🤣🤣🤣
@wildchildmama, apparently if your husband washes his dick you can’t get an infection 😬
You do you, you wanna risk it, it's on you, but magical soap?? Come on, if that's what you gotta convince yourself to feel better about having sex so early, then so be it, but please dont spread your stupidity and cause a bunch of ladies to be so careless all in the name of soap, after such a major surgery. 🤦🏻♀️
I don’t understand how people think like this. Any birth leaves the gaping wound where the placenta was attached. And C-section is MAJOR abdominal surgery...all surgeries need recovery time regardless of how “good” you feel. To jump right into physical activities, especially sex, is just idiotic.
@kaytibug2009 it means you're doing something you know you shouldn't be doing.
Yeah this is super unsafe. Like everyone has said no matter much y’all clean yourselves you still have a huge open wound in your uterus. There’s a reason why there’s a waiting period. It’s not just if you hurt or not.
Do you realize that your uterus still has a huge gaping wound where the placenta detached?
All of your "precautions" won't do a damn thing. You obviously can and will do what you want, but make no mistake you are risking a huge infection. And let me tell you, going septic is no fricking joke, it's deadly.
Think of it this way, if you had a gaping wound (the size of a paper plate, mind you) on your thigh would you let your man ejaculate into it even if he first washed his penis with soap?
I stole this pic. There are a few asshole men that needed to see it on FB.. A friend of mine just had a baby a few weeks ago, maybe 3. And her husband has been nagging about how she has "slacked" on her housework. So I'm bout to put him in his place.
🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ csection or not, nothing should be inside of your vagina until it is healed. It takes more than 2 weeks to heal your open wound inside of you. Soap or not, you can get an infection.
