Quick question, for a normal pregnancy, how many times did your Dr. did an ultrasound on your baby? Most of the time, I’ve been having appointments with my doctor using a Doppler (just to hear baby’s heartbeat). I wish I could see my baby face every appointment

You couldn't find a babysitter?! Mommas, do you take your kids with you to run errands and go to mundane appointments? On two separate occasions, a doctors appointment for me and today at a car service appointment, someone has remarked "you couldn't find a babysitter?!" It never crossed my mind to find a babysitter. I take my 2 kids with me just about everywhere. They are well behaved (minus the occasional 3 year old meltdown) and one of them is attached to my boob the majority of the time anyway. Am I the only one? Is that a weird thing to do? Do most moms find babysitters?
So mommies I think it's time to pack for hospital: What did you really need for your stay, that you brought or wished you did: For yourself for hubby & for baby?

Like two through this whole pregnancy if they feel like nothing is wrong usually they won’t give a lot of ultrasounds with first pregnancy maybe 3

With my other two kids I got 2 each, the office I was going to this time said since I'm having twins they'd do an ultrasound every appt but I'm switching doctor offices

With my daughter I got like 5 but I was having complications. This time I’ve only gotten 2 and I won’t get anymore unless there’s a complication.

Usually just 2. One around 9 weeks to confirm everything and one at 20 weeks for the anatomy scan. I think you can request more but insurance doesn’t usually cover more unless medically necessary.

Usually two. The only good thing about a high risk pregnancy is ending up with a photo album of ultrasound pics lol.

I feel the same way. I only had about 2-3, but that was early on in my pregnancy. We asked for one, but my doctor said since he’s doing fine we don’t really need it :/

That's a question for your office. Some give more than others, usually 2ish.
