Does it matter which direction you wrap your hair at night, left or right. I always wrap it to the right but tonight I’m trying the left.. any advice ?? Or anyone with experience ?

I pineapple really high, loose pony tail)! It keeps the hair away and does not create as much frizz.

It shouldn’t matter how you wrap it. Do you use a silk pillowcase or a hair wrap? I think those matter more.

if you keep doing it on the same side yes, so to make sure it’s even alternate so both sides look good.
