I need some advice. I went to my doctor for contraction. This is what the monitor read the whole time I was there (so they were about 1 minute apart). They just sent me home because they checked me before I got hooked up and went from 1 1/2 to 2 since yesterday. I just want to know if I need to go to the hospital anyway. I am still having them and they feel like they are still that close together.

Sounds like false labor. Those contractions are not strong enough at all so unless they are getting more intense and lasting 60 seconds or more I wouldn’t worry.
How long is each one lasting?!
They don’t look to be peaking too high on the monitor but if they pick up you could always go back.
They lasted 30-40 seconds while I was in the office but now they feel longer
5 minutes apart, lasting 1 minute, for an hour.

@mommasince2016, they’re not lasting very long. They’re most likely false labor.
I’m not much help with this. I was induced twice. I have never really had contractions on my own. I’m sorry I can’t help much hun.
