@jahniesha, pray...pray... and push thru it lol. Don’t cave in! The 1st week was thee hardest but I lost weight quick the first two weeks. Meal prep will make it a lot easier too in my opinion. I miss rice and alcohol so much 💔 lol

I planned on making spaghetti. Got home from work and I didn’t have spaghetti sauce or pasta. 🤦🏻♀️ we had elbow pasta and pizza sauce so I made it work. Kind of.
