I wanna try to kickstart my labor but I also don’t wanna buy one of the exercise balls. Would it be weird if I went to planet fitness and just bounced on one for like an hour everyday lol

I’ll have to check! I have a German shepherd so my worry was that I buy a ball and he pops it lol but that’s so cheap I’m for sure gonna look!
I swear mine put me into labor so I say get one. You can do at home workouts even after baby arrives!
