So dr said I have what they called a missed miscarriage because the fetus is still there but has no heartbeat & my body hasn’t rejected it yet. I’m supposed to be 10 weeks but the baby was measuring 8 weeks so he said the heartbeat most likely stopped around 2 weeks ago......a week after my first appointment & baby was fine 🥺

Yea he’s gonna let me wait out 2 weeks to see if it comes out naturally & if not I’ll ask for another ultrasound. If nothing he’s gonna give me the medication to make it come out instead of having surgery
