Ok mamas! When it was time for your child to start school what routine did you have at night or in the morning to make the mornings easier? My son already gets up at 7am every single day! Did you lay clothes out the night before? Do you let them choose what to wear as long as it's fine as far as the weather is concerned? What's your morning routine?

My kids get up, get dressed in anything weather appropriate (matching not a requirement), brush teeth/hair, breakfast and out the door. The night before we did baths and packed backpacks/lunches.

Pick out clothes before. I usually wake her up 20-30 minutes earlier than she needs to get out of bed because she's not a morning person. She eats breakfast (if we run late she eats in the car line) brushes her teeth and I do her hair then we're out the door. We wake up at 6:45 and leave by 8:15 at the latest.

It’s so much easier to have their clothes picked the night before. I help them match. We do hair styles in the morning. Brush teeth & get dressed.
My oldest as well & he goes later to school.

yup when I know I have to drop my son off at his grandparents house in the morning I always lay his stuff out! Clothes, pull up, socks, and shoes! It makes it so much easier

My son wakes up around 6 for school. Due the bipolar weather here I get up before him, check the weather and pick out his clothes. I wake him up and have him brush his teeth, wash his face and get dressed. While he is getting himself together I get myself and the baby ready. I drop him off to school. I work from home so I can usually go back home and shower, get myself together and bath baby get her dressed . At night I usually have a few outfit ideas but in the am once I confirm the weather I know what he is going to wear.

I lay their clothes out at night, pack their snacks at night, sign all papers that needs to be signed. And baths and showers at night.
I wake up at 0500 get my coffee, and get over my bubble gut.
Wake them up 0545
We all get out the door 0620. My 3rd grader, and kindergartener bus run at 0630. My 1st grader go to a different school for special needs, her bus runs a little later. Then me and my almost three year old, eat breakfast, goes for a walk, does whatever shopping needs to be done. 🙂. I’m not trying to sound like no perfect mom. But o have bad anxiety, and staying on a schedule helps me and my autistic daughter.
