Ugh I think my real af is coming. Since yesterday I´ve had that uncomfortableness. And when I went pee there was blood again so I dont think it pp bleeding still. I bled a whole month after baby was born Im like no!!! I hope Im not bleeding next week at my 6 wk pp check up. Because they do a pap smear right?

They checked the cervix but not an actual pap, typically. Most women have a pap at the beginning of pregnancy, so there’s no need for one

I had my PP check up and still had bleeding and they checked me anyway. I felt so uncomfortable doing that. But they made me go back 2 weeks later to do the pap because you can get the wrong results if you’re still bleeding.

So they did another pap on you even though you got one in the beginning of pregnancy

Yes. I was due for one at the beginning of my pregnancy last year and my doctor just did another at my pp appointment so I didn’t have to go back a month later. Basically I got it a month earlier than I was supposed to and my doc said he does them pp to make sure everything is still okay. My doctor is very cautious and thorough so I guess that’s why.

Pap smears is your choice to agree to so don’t worry about that and I was told Pap smears aren’t even supposed to happen while pregnant
