no, of course everyone changes with time, but I'm not gonna change myself in ways specifically to fit want another person wants in someone.

Changing for someone else. Obviously people change over time, but I am not about to become a completely different person because it fits what you want in someone.

Love compromises yes but for me it's been about patience. In the beginning of our marriage I do feel like I endured a good bit of long suffering due to our timing as far individual growth. We grew up with some differences in morals and because I love him I give him the time to adjust and get a better understanding in love. I mean at first it might've seemed to others even myself that I was compromising on my joy or happiness etc because the journey was a bit bumpy..but when I look back at it..I actually got exactly what I wanted..it just took me acknowledging that love is patient in longsuffering too at times.
