Go buy yourself a heating pad.
If ur breastfeeding the nurse told me I was going to be cramping and since it was my second baby they were going to be bad. And to be honest I dont remember if they were cuz I was in pain from my tear. But I do get bad cramps here and their. I havent had my period after delivery yet.
@albertrettazariah1386 she also say the more kids you have the more intense cramps are with breastfeeding. I just have 2 so not sure how true that is. All I know this last baby postpartum was and is awful. My body barely feeling more normal.

@supergurl_82 I think it's true. The first two wasn't bad the 3rd was a shocker because the pain was horrible. But it eases up after a few weeks it will become less intense. I took it because they even told me it helps with the healing process too added breast feeding is important to me.

Ibuprofen is not safe for the developing baby, can cause many problems. You should only be taking that if your doctor said ok because you happen to be allergic to Tylenol or other pain relief meds. Please call your doctor if they get worse

A hot towel can help too but heating pad worked great for me
