I hate these Braxton Hicks contractions. Everything is all good then all of a sudden BAM. I literally did not have this during my first pregnancy so this is odd. But they’re so irregular that I know they have to be Braxton Hicks. Ugh the 3rd trimester freaking blows 😂

BH also are tight across your belly and back and nothing like real contractions which usually are a lot lower. Your body is probably telling you to sit down. Also to hydrate

Yeah that’s exactly what it’s like 😩. I didn’t experience normal contractions during labor last time, everything was in my back. & I don’t really remember having BH at any point either , just a lotttttt of discomfort. My first pregnancy was odd I guess 😂 all I know is I’m freaking uncomfortable rn with these BH contractions .

I got them super early w my second and had them all the time. At the end of the pregnancy we saw I had very low amniotic fluid and I think I honestly was super dehydrated my entire pregnancy. It’s not as bad this time around but I hydrate all day long. I do feel them when I’ve done too much so make sure you’re kicking up your feet/laying down and over hydrating

Definitely drink some cold water and sit down for a while
