Did anyone live with a cat littler box while pregnant? I’m so nervous for a litter box I googled it and I’m kinda scared.

My husband changed it when I was pregnant, but you can take precautions with gloves and a face mask.
Have you been around cats your whole life? Is your cat indoor or out?
Eta read your responses. Like the others said indoor cats are much less of a risk. If you've been around them your whole life you've probably already been exposed and are immune. I had to continue to change mine and wore gloves and a mask.
When younger but not for years! Like 15 years. And it was a outdoor cat I found him outside he’s a kitten but will be a indoor cat only from now on
@mommakayla18 if he ate rodents he could have it. It would be better if someone else did it but if that's not possible gloves and a mask.
@divinely_favored, either my husband or oldest son will change it. They wanted to keep the cat they can change it lol. Every day that’s their chore 👍🏻
I wore gloves and a dust mask if I had to change it myself and thoroughly washed my hands. If you can, get someone else to change it. If not just take precautions. As @phoebesmommy said, indoor only cats are less likely to carry toxoplasmosis.
It’s only like 2-3 months old, we just dewormed it and it’s going to be a inside cat. Either my husband or son will change it. I won’t
Oh yeah make him for sure! I haven’t had to change the litter in like 5 years just in case I was pregnant 😂

@mommakayla18, I have it under my master bathroom/laundry room sink. Took the cabinet doors off and it’s all the cats. One side is her dry food and the other side is her box. We use pine pellets as opposed to kitty litter.

If your cat is an indoor cat, I believe you’re less at risk for toxoplasmosis. But just make sure you wash your hands really well. Basic hygiene stuff.
It's only if you clean it. Have someone else do it for you.

I’m so done with living in Sacramento it’s unreal. On Saturday a family driving down a secluded street got boxed in by 3 cars and 2 guys got out and started kicking their car. Then today there was a shooting at a gas station. I’m sick of not feeling safe.
