So update from the last update: back pain hasn't stopped, contractions have been semi regular (except for two and yes I'm even having one as I type this), it's been hard to walk around the house but I've been keeping busy by organizing her nursery (clothes in the drawers by size, sheets on the mattress, bumpers and mobile put on etc.) I'm pretty sure this could be it but I'm not sure...cause I've cried labor before and l&d just sent me home...ugh

You should try laying down. Braxton Hicks can come on if you’re up and about a lot. Drink some water too. It’s good to keep track but these are pretty inconsistent as far as times in between and duration. My last couple of weeks the Braxton Hicks got so strong.

That's why I'm hesitant about going to L&D cause they've been so inconsistent. I had some chicken legs as my lunch with some homemade sweet tea and pretzels with peanut butter, that seemed to calm things down a little bit, plus that's why the one contraction is an hour apart I took a little cat nap

They’re probably Braxton Hicks. Mine always got bad when I was dehydrated, hungry, or up and about too much. Real contractions will come closer and longer in duration. They won’t jump around from 5 mins to 10, to 6 mins. I wouldn’t waste your energy by going in.

Yeah I'm probably not, I've been organizing the nursery so I guess that's too much for her
