I don’t even have a month left to my due date 🤣. I think she’s definitely going she’s just up so high right now. Her head is there but my cervix is “in my tonsils” as the nurse said last night 😂

Isn’t 5cm active labor?! I sure hope you live close! I would have told them I’m not leaving and walked all around the hospital.

@phoebesmommy, lots and lots and lots and looooots of my mucus plug cake out right after she checked me before leaving and there was brown spots...idk what the brown meant 😫
@bubbys.mommy, probably just old blood, when you’re cervix is dilating there will probably be diff stuff coming out. W my first the night before my water broke I passed a golf ball sized blood clot.

If I read correctly you confirmed you were comfortable going home? Why not just ask to be admitted?
I don’t think it was an option more of a she just wanted to make sure I was calm and collected and not gonna panic.

With my insurance I can but I can’t. I’d be doing such a long search for one that took my insurance 😫
@bubbys.mommy, ohh. I have private and Medicaid so most places accept them. Like the town I go in now has like four hospitals.

@pottmouthed_stirredup, contractions yes but they don’t hurt. They push her down on my butt A LOT and that’s what mostly hurts. I’m still 5cm but I’m 60% effaced now but the baby is way far back still my nurse said “she’s in your tonsils far back”. She checked me after my bag of fluids was done and I hadn’t changed so she sent me home and even asked me if that’s what I felt comfortable with and I said yes so she said “okayyy” but when I went to the bathroom to change and pee I was wiping and of course I expected to have to clean up the lubricant she used a lot but that wasn’t the case. I was wiping up globs of my mucus plug and there was brown spots in it. I was actually pulling it out with my hands that’s how much of it there was and wiping wasn’t getting it and I had to get it out it was just there...
@pottmouthed_stirredup, my contractions are every 8-10 minutes. She said to come back if my water broke or contractions got closer together or if I just felt like I needed to be looked at again because that’s what they are for.
@bubbys.mommy did u mention that too her & show her? If u go home do sum squats and lunges to push baby in.once baby gets low.I gaurentee u will go into labor & go fast!
With my second i walked around at 6cm dilated for over a month. It sucked. I would definitely walk a ton and get that baby moving lol
