Since we’re a military family stationed on the other side of the country from our families. My mom couldn’t be there for either pregnancy, none of our families came. The lady who was, is the mom if a friend we met here. She took all the pictures when my oldest son was born, held my hand and told me to push and babysat my kid when I had to go back to work. I got the news she has stage 4 breast cancer, we’re keeping our hopes high but I researched stage 4 and things don’t look to good.
