Don’t attack me please. Lol
When did you turn your child forward facing? I keep getting mixed answers online and his doctors office recommends at 2.
Back story to why I’ve been thinking of it the other day we were going to leave somewhere it took me 15 minutes to get him into his car seat cause he was mad and didn’t want to leave and he kept wrapping his legs around the seatbelt of the car cause it’s stretched out for him being rear facing still.
Call the state police department and ask what the laws are. All my kids was before 2.
As others said check your car seat limits and your state laws. Mine is 40 pounds or 40” neither of which my 2.5 year old is anywhere near so he still is stuck rear facing until then since it is safest for him.
My daughter will be 3 in November and still has about 15 pounds to gain before we flip her since she’s only about 25 now!
2 is the minimum. My kids will be rear facing until they max out their seats. If I feel it’s too soon I might buy new seats
I just checked for his car seat it’s 40lbs and he is 30 so we’ll continue rear facing
The minimum is age 2. But even the AAP recommends going beyond IF your carseat allows it. It's been proven that it is 5x safer to be rearfacing.
That being said.
I turned my youngest a little after 2. We changed cars and her carseat no longer fit safely while rearfacing
Also check local state laws as well. Most states are Changing their to age 2.
We will wait until at least two. Maybe longer for safety.
My daughter was 6 when she first forward faced. I did it as long as the weight/height restriction on the carseat let us.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

So today I went in for my routine bloodwork and ultrasound, and found out that I have three follicles at 17mm! Plus another two at 15mm. When leaving the clinic my FS said to take another dose of gonal-f and come back tomorrow to check to see how big they got and that we would do the iui on Wednesday. Well, after getting home, taking my gonal-f and going out to shovel snow (lol) I get a call saying that I am SURGING!!! I haven't ovulated on my own, or even come close to it in years...

My son is 3 and still rear-facing he is comfortable as can be👌🏼🙂❤️👦🏼👣He only weighs 28pounds so, he will be rear-facing for a long time. He won’t hit 40lbs until he is 6 years old, I am very happy about that cause I know he will be safe in his car seat.
