They told me not to go in unless I was having contractions that were too painful to talk through or my water broke. I had the "bloody show" for an entire week before I went into labor. They don't count it as a sure sign of being in labor. If the bleeding is heavy, soaks a pad within an hour, then I'd go in, but if it's just spotting with your mucous plug then it's just the "bloody show" and it unfortunately just means that your cervix is ripening or dilating a little, but not that labor is close. I sat at 2cm from 32 weeks to 36 weeks and then 3cm from 36 to 37weeks and 3 days when I went into labor.
I wouldn’t bother yet, bounce on your gym ball or go for a walk , the sweep may have started things off for you! X

How much are you bleeding? I didn’t have consistent contractions before I went into labor. I went from 10-15mins apart to constant in a little over an hour.
It’s normal to pass a little blood with your mucus plug it could mean labor will start very soon or still a couple days away. I wouldn’t bother going to the hospital until you’re having consistent contractions
