Any other mommas go to a mommy group with their infants?? The hospital holds a new mommy 101 group on Tuesday’s but I’m honestly afraid to go. I don’t do social outings with new people very well. I feel too awkward 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️

I think I might skip tomorrow & go next week. I’m trying to get adjusted to being home alone with baby and getting into a routine. What is a boba wrap??

Yeah, definitely can’t hurt. Routines safe lives! After having my son, i hardly went anywhere. Doctors appointments, grocery shopping. A boba wrap is a long piece of cloth, that you wrap around you to hold your baby to you. Great for newborns. I think I used mine up until one year. It’s just comfortable for the baby. And mommy lol

So that’s super awesome, wish my hospital had something like that. You should go, you may find out it’s just what you need.. some of the moms from my sons swim lessons, we do play dates now. Which I used to shudder at, now it’s something we look forward to 😅 I would wait until he’s a little older, or use a boba wrap.
