Here's her bio and general tips: Hello I am Ceiamaria I am a stay at home Mother to 4 children ages 12,8,7 and 11 months old. I am happily married for 12 years and we are still going strong. I am determined and driven for success FAILURE isn't an option for me. I potty trained my oldest at 9 months old. My 2 middle son's were more difficult they were between 18 months and 2 years old. My baby boy was showing interest in potty training, I decided to buy him a potty chair. Potty training tips 1.) Don't rush your child 2.)Don't yell at your child 3.) Don't punish your child for having accidents 4.) Don't give you child candy 5.) Don't compare other children to your child 6.) Do praise your child 7.) Clap your hands when your child goes to the potty. 8.)Take your child every 15-30 minutes to the potty 9.)Don't criticize your child 10.) I don't recommend pull ups but I don't bash mothers who decided to use them. 11.) Remember potty training is not taught in one day you have to be determined to potty train your child. Need some serious tips on potty training! Walker knows when he pees and poops but when i have his diaper off he just pees wherever and then wants his diaper back on 🙃
Questions for older kids: when did ya'll start potty training? Is before 18 months to soon or no? How long did it take to get them potty trained?

You have to keep reminding him to pay attention where he pees. Not much you can really do unless you get one of those potty things that stick to the wall for boys. My 5 yo still pees on the seat because he looks away or isn’t paying attention

All I can say is keep a bottle of bleach close by. Boys are not clean pee...ers

Cheerios!!! I’m not potty training or anything but I’ve potty trained lots of little ones. I know this may sound weird but have a bowl or something of Cheerios by the toilet and every time he needs to go put one in the water and tell him to aim for the Cheerio. Or have little targets or marks in the toilet bowl and tell him to aim for it

You know those blue gel toilet bowl cleaner things you stick on side of toilet so when u flush its fresh and blue . Get one and Get him to aim for that . Better then cheerios this way it's already in the toilet for him when he needs to go .
