I've had ALOT of stress and stuff going on lately. It's making my milk supply drop alot. Right now my 6 month has getting a few more bottles more than usual. He doesnt want my boob anymore. I get lucky if he takes it. He likes the bottle, I see the excitement he gets when it's being shaken. I'm so not ready to stop breastfeeding lol I dont pump because it hurts and I dont get anything but 2 oz out. It started to drop my supply once before so I switched to just boob. What can I do other than deny him a bottle? I dont want to starve him to make him settle for the boob. That's not an option. Neither is pumping. Maybe its just time to let go of breast feeding ??? I struggled with it the whole time and once it got easier this happens lol so not fair 😂 idk what it feels like when your milk dries up either but I have some ahcing and I'm really hoping it's not my milk going away ): I dont have a blender so I cant make smoothies oranything.. my local target didnt have anything to help your supply. (Teas, cookies) idk what to so I wanted to breast feed until at least a year. He is very active too. Hes scoots, almost crawls (he sways on all 4s) so hes always tossing g and turning when I try to feed him but doesnt with a bottle. He eats solids a little bit also. Idk if that has anything to do with it?
Awww his chunky little fingers! 😍 I'm not sure other than putting him to breast more often or pump there will be a for sure way. If you are still getting milk out, you could offer boob more often. You could always BF and then follow up with a bottle. His arching and and deny of the gold liquid is probably more to the flow of your milk. Unless you pace feed a bottle flow can be much faster and constant... while when you BF you have letdowns and he has to work a lot more to get his foodie. You can do skin to skin also but as far as stopping.... Let that be your choice... Do it for comfort, food, paci, there are tons of reasons but if you choose to stop, let it be your choice. 👣
I agree with you !! 100% ^^ but, @witchymama, also quick tip I got from a BF consultant & nutritionist if you want to keep BF try when you lay back or lay down or on your side (like in a recliner or bed etc. whichever is most comfy & convenient & that position helps with the flow, because you might have. Heavy or fast flow just like why she said , . It is also feels better . But, it happened to me, I figured out eventually playing with positions helped as well. Including everything else she said lol I tried lost of things . Don’t give up but, ultimately it is your choice. 🥰
so my husband wants to feed are baby but the thing is that I will be breastfeeding so idk how it would work. he was thinking that when he wants to feed him he would give him formula but I just want my baby to have breast milk. so then he said why don't you pump your milk out and I'll feed it to him and i thought that would be the best thing but then I'm scared that my baby will get use to the bottle. I need help idk what to do because my husband really wants to feed him :/ and we need to come up...
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

took me 10 minutes to pump this from both breast after feeding Ethan for 25 minutes. My milk supply is going crazy yesterday I pumped 8 bottles my milk stash is going to be great
I need help!!! Something is wrong with my dog and I have no money or job to take him to the vet. I think hes dying idk
When can I start giving my son regular milk? He turns 10 months in 2 days. I bought unsweetened almond milk yesterday so he can try. Would that be okay? I’m lowkey tired of him on formula but I mean he’s still a baby lol.
I'm going thru the same thing. But I do exclusively pump. I'm so tired of pumping and just want her to latch. Been like a week or so she refuse the boob. Sometimes when she does latch it's like she just use me as a pacifier or comfort and once letdown happens she unlatch and doesn't want anything to do with the boob. Their days she goes with 2 days straight she wont latch then latches 1-3 times the next day. It's like only when she wants it. A month back I made her latch on but now she older and like u say she moves more and she pushes herself away or when she sees I'm putting her in position to nurse she turn away right away. So I stop forcing her the boob. I offer it each feeding and just let her when she wants it. Close to 5 months exclusively pumping and I'm so tired of it. Counting my stored milk and hoping I have enuf stored soon to stop pumping and just give her the stored one. Makes me sad my oldest wasnt like that and she toke bottle and breast. And drink Gatorade that helps supply and I drink the nursing tea at nite to help my night pump. Good luck with ur decision.
