38+4. I had a Dr. appointment today. My cervix is high but soft and I’m dilated 1cm! Hopefully baby girl will be here soon. The crazy thing is the Dr said I was contracting while I was there but I couldn’t feel a thing. Praying by this time next week I’ll be in labor

Craving subway but my dr said I can't eat the meat from there cause it sits out... Has anyone eaten subway or had there dr tell them the same thing? I feel like ima die if I don't have a sub soon so any input would be awesome

brie127 and yes their meat sits out but it's also in a cooler. they have inspections and everything

areneeb if your doctor literally said don't eat deli meat, then you probably should not eat deli meat..
