My mom was laughing at me when I told her I had ppd on top of depression n I almost killed my self

@mama_bearof2 I'm so sorry. I've been there myself and distraction definitely helps. Sounds like your mnl is a good person as well, you need someone you can just call if the thoughts become too strong who will come be with you.

I never been laughed at when I told my own mother I almost killed myself in front of my own family I felt the strongest urge to kill myself more I told her you making this more like a joke makes me want to kill myself and that's all she did bc I have ptsd also
