Day 2 🌟

Today I definitely started feeling soreness but to be honest I like the feeling because I know the pain is temporary. I know I will get strong and the pain will diminish. The workout felt extra hard because I couldn’t find the completes sets of weights but I did with what I had and went for it! No Excuses!!!

I’m embracing every minute of these next 98 days and everything it has to bring. I will be working on a physical, mental and spiritual transformation.

I absolutely Love Jericho’s energy she pumps me up to give more of myself to become a Better more Empowered me! Plus having my girls Alexa and Catalina join me means the world to me!! So I can’t let my girls down and we will be 💯 Strong! 💪🏻
